A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your tour reservation.
We accept checks or money
orders only.
Balance is required 30 days prior to your reservation.
Final deposits are not
refundable thirty (30) days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
Because we cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy
it is advised that you purchase travel insurance.
Although
every precaution is taken to safeguard you and your belongings,
remote wilderness adventure trips involve inherent risks and dangers
which are, at times, beyond our control. Prince of Wales Island
Tours shall assume no responsibility for personal injuries, deaths
or loss of personal property, and is held harmless should any act
of nature. Weather conditions in Southeast Alaska
can vary with wind and/or rain conditions. Every effort will
be made to reschedule your trip if necessary should we feel the
need to cancel to insure your safety. There are no refunds
should your trip be cancelled, however, we reserve the right to
change destinations or activities.
